The Site is operated by Ohio Connect, LLC (“Ohio Connect”). The Site may also include material owned by third parties and posted on the Site by virtue of a license, grant or some other form of agreement between a third party and SportsTime Ohio and/or Ohio Connect.

GENERAL:

You can visit and enjoy the Site without disclosing any personal information about yourself. However, we offer some special services, and for these services to work properly we will need you to share with us certain personal information about yourself. SPECIAL RULES FOR CHILDREN:

Because of federal law, we cannot collect any personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13) without the consent of that child’s parent. This Site is not directed to children under the age of thirteen and we do NOT knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen. If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen as part of this Site’s service, we will delete such information from our records. If we change our practices in the future, we will obtain prior, verifiable parental consent before collecting any personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen for use on the Site.
